Festivals Of Bangladesh


 



With the large number of population Bangladesh is decorated by various style in several festivals

A progression of festivals varying as race to race are celebrated in Bangladesh. The celebration of Muslim are Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Azha, Eid-e-Miladunnabi, Muharram , Lailatul Kader, Lailatul Barat etc. Hindus celebration are Durga Puja, Kali Puja , Saraswati Puja and several pujas. The celebration of Christmas is called Baradin(Christmas Day). Moreover there are a few common celebrations, which are celebrated countrywide  by the people of Bangladesh. The 1st day of Bangal year is called Pahela Baishakh, such a great festival for the people of Bangladesh. Nationwide festivals are The Independence Day , The National Language Day and The World Mother Language Day, The Victory Day. The Independence Day is celebrated on 26th march of every year, in this day Bangladesh got the freedom from pakistan. The National Language Day and The World Mother Language Day is celebrated on 21st february of every year, in this day the people Bangladesh got Bangla as their first language. The Victory Day is celebrated on 16th december of every year, in this day Bangladesh got victory. With the great heart Bangali arranged & celebrate all of these festivals.
